9001 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

Please read this document carefully before using the 9001 platform. By registering or using any part of our platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out herein.

Last updated: January 2026  |  Version 3.1  |  Applicable to Malaysian users

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by the 9001 platform on this website, you expressly and unconditionally agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. This acceptance takes effect from the moment you first use the platform, regardless of whether you have read this document in full. We therefore strongly recommend that you read these terms carefully in their entirety before engaging in any activity on the 9001 platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the operator of the 9001 platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately and close your account if you have one. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms. Users under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or using this platform, and we accept no responsibility for any use by underage individuals.

The 9001 platform is intended exclusively for users based in Malaysia and operates in accordance with applicable guidelines. If accessing this platform is unlawful in your region or jurisdiction, you are solely responsible for refraining from doing so. 9001 makes no representation that the content or services provided are appropriate or permitted outside Malaysia.

2. Account Creation & Security

To access the full services of the 9001 platform, you are required to register and create a personal account by completing the registration form accurately, truthfully, and in full. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account at any given time; holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior warning. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the information provided at registration remains valid and up to date at all times.

Your username and password are strictly personal and confidential — keep them secure at all times. 9001 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or any other channel, and you should never share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation or that your password has been compromised, contact our support team immediately so the necessary steps can be taken. You are also responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether carried out by you or by someone else who gained access through your negligence.

Identity verification (KYC) may be required before any withdrawal can be processed. You agree to provide valid identification documents — such as a copy of a valid Malaysian identity card or passport — when requested by 9001. Failure to complete the identity verification process within the specified timeframe may result in your funds being placed on hold until the process is finalised. Personal information collected for verification purposes is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy us.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of the 9001 platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful personal and entertainment purposes. You are not permitted to use this platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct. Any attempt to cheat the system, exploit software vulnerabilities, or disrupt platform operations is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Users are also responsible for ensuring that all funds used for gambling on the 9001 platform come from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity. You agree not to use any automation software, bots, or scripts designed to exploit or manipulate our games or platform systems. Any use of unauthorised technical methods to gain an unfair advantage in games may result in the forfeiture of winnings and immediate account closure.

We encourage responsible gambling and provide a range of self-control tools to help users manage their betting activity. You can visit the Responsible Gaming us for more information on deposit limits, betting limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. If you feel that gambling is beginning to affect your life negatively, we encourage you to seek professional help and make use of the tools we provide.

4. Platform Usage Rules

The 9001 platform offers a wide range of entertainment categories, including Slot Games, Live Matches, Sports, E-Sports, and Roulette. Each game category has its own specific rules displayed within the game interface itself, and users are responsible for understanding those rules before starting any session. Results generated by the game system are final and cannot be disputed unless there is verifiable evidence of a technical failure, as determined by 9001.

All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled or amended. In the event of a technical disruption or internet connectivity issue during an active session, 9001 reserves the right to make a final decision based on the records stored on our servers. Users are advised to ensure their internet connection is stable before starting any betting session to avoid disputes related to technical interruptions.

Any bonuses or promotions offered by 9001 are subject to the specific terms and conditions set for each offer. Bonus abuse — including opening multiple accounts to claim registration bonuses repeatedly — is prohibited and may result in the cancellation of all bonuses and account closure. This platform is available in Bahasa Melayu and accepts transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) for the convenience of local users.

5. Payment Information & Transactions (MYR)

All financial transactions on the 9001 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts, as well as withdrawal limits, are subject to the platform's current policy and may change from time to time. Users are advised to check the latest transaction limit information in their account section or contact the 9001 support team if further clarification is needed.

Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stipulated by 9001, depending on the chosen payment method and the user's account verification status. Before any first withdrawal is approved, users are required to complete the full identity verification process, including submission of all required supporting documents. 9001 reserves the right to delay or reject a withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or a breach of the terms of use.

Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account or e-wallet details they submit are accurate and belong to them. 9001 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete payment information provided by the user. Any taxes or charges related to financial transactions are entirely the user's responsibility under applicable Malaysian tax law.

6. Limitation of Liability

The 9001 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any express or implied warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, 9001 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes losses resulting from service disruptions, data loss, system failures, or any events beyond 9001's control.

9001 does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from errors, disruptions, or viruses, although we continually strive to maintain a high standard of service. Should any liability arise, 9001's total liability to any individual user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim. Users agree that this limitation of liability is reasonable given the nature of the services provided free of charge or at a nominal fee.

You understand and agree that gambling carries real financial risk, and you are solely responsible for your own betting decisions. 9001 does not provide financial or investment advice in any form, and nothing on this platform should be interpreted as such. If you are experiencing gambling-related problems, please seek help from an appropriate support organisation and make use of the responsible gambling tools available on the Responsible Gaming us.

7. Account Policy (Suspension & Closure)

9001 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time and without prior notice if there is a breach of these terms or any conduct deemed harmful to the platform, other users, or the reputation of 9001. Grounds for suspension or account closure include, but are not limited to, holding multiple accounts, identity fraud, hacking attempts, use of bots, and money laundering.

If your account is suspended, you may contact our support team for clarification on the reason for the suspension and the steps required to restore access, where applicable. Funds held in a suspended account will be frozen while an investigation is ongoing, and will be returned to the user should the investigation find no breach. However, where a suspension is the result of proven fraudulent activity, 9001 reserves the right to forfeit all funds in the account and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the 9001 support team via email or through the available help channels. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable working timeframe, and any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to the user via the original payment method used. Transaction records and account data will be retained by 9001 for as long as required under applicable Malaysian law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 9001 platform — including but not limited to logos, brand names, interface design, graphics, text, software, source code, and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive property of 9001 or its authorised licensors. This content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws in force in Malaysia. No part of this platform's content may be copied, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 9001.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to access and use the 9001 platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, modify, create derivative works, resell, or commercially exploit any part of the platform. Any infringement of these intellectual property rights may result in civil and criminal legal action against the responsible party.

The 9001 name, our logo, and all associated product or service names are registered or unregistered trademarks of the platform operator. Unauthorised use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited. If you become aware of any infringement of 9001's intellectual property rights, we encourage you to report it to our team so that appropriate action can be taken.

9. Third-Party Links

The 9001 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services that are not under our control. Such links are provided solely for users' convenience and do not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of the content, products, or services found on those third-party sites. 9001 is not responsible for the accuracy, content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites that may be accessed through our platform.

Use of any third-party payment processing services integrated with the 9001 platform is subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the respective payment provider. We recommend reading and understanding those terms before making any transaction. 9001 is not liable for any technical issues, delays, or losses arising from failures in third-party systems.

Any transactions or dealings you have with advertisers or promotion organisers found through the 9001 platform are solely between you and the relevant advertiser or organiser. We do not warrant, endorse, or accept responsibility for any products or services advertised by third parties. For any complaints or enquiries related to your experience on the 9001 platform itself, please refer to the FAQ us.

10. Changes to Terms & Governing Law

9001 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without specific advance notice to individual users. However, we will endeavour to display a notice of significant changes on the platform's main page or via in-account notifications when major updates are made. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document will always reflect the most recent revision.

Continued use of the 9001 platform after any changes to the terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to stop using the platform and close your account in accordance with the procedures set out in Section 7 of this document. We recommend that users check this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or the use of the 9001 platform shall first be referred to negotiation between both parties within a period of 30 days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia. For further enquiries regarding these terms, you may contact our team or visit FAQ for additional guidance.
